At Education Support Services we encourage and assist children to reach their full potential by achieving individual goals and overcoming educational challenges. We focus on providing strong communication and maintaining the connection between teacher and/or specialist and family to practise skills and monitor progress.
The Education Support Service 3-Step Approach
- Initial consultation
- Establish connection with educators and service providers
- Develop a detailed action plan outlining steps and goals
Sessions are available online or face-to-face throughout the day and can include:
- Regular check-in sessions throughout the week
- Focused skills sessions
- Tutoring/homework support sessions
- Regular and detailed progress reports to families and key stakeholders
- Maintain strong connections with specialist educators
- Case conference coordination
- Contact sessions and meetings with specialist, educators and your child

Confirm skills are being practised accurately through regular revision sessions.
